| A big snowfall blew in, so we made the best of it and went sledding. I was very careful and just went down the little hills, but I’m sure the baby liked it—he was kicking up a storm!

| Next week I get to go home to Hawaii to see my mom. I’m so excited! I know it’s special for her to see me pregnant, and she has so much wisdom to share. It will be a long flight from Denver, so I’m planning with extra care.

| The weather is finally getting better! I’m such a Kona girl at heart; I just hate the snow and cold. I’m getting outdoors a lot more now, and I’m loving the fresh air. I feel so much healthier when I’m in the sun a little. I can’t wait for summer!

| I heard a tragic story today. One of my friends has a friend who was expecting a baby, and tests indicated that her baby had Down’s syndrome. Her husband wanted to terminate the pregnancy; of course, the mother did not.

Co Sleeping or Crib???

| We found a crib and changing table at a sale for cheap. I know we probably won’t use the crib right away, because I’m going to nurse the baby, and I want him (I still think it’s a boy) right close to me and at arm’s reach.
