My name is Anna Williams. My husband Sidney and I live in Griffith, IN. We have a beautiful daughter, Esther, who is 3 months old.

So, even though I may not be a mommy yet, I got a great tip on how to store homemade baby food and I thought I would pass it along! I am definitely going to try it when Baby Williams is old enough to eat solids!
After puree-ing or making baby food, put into regular ice trays and freeze. After frozen, simply pop out the cubes and put into freezer storage bags that are marked with date/food/whatever you desire. When you are ready to use, just take one cube out and thaw and voila!, you have one serving of baby food ready for baby to eat! Or take out as many cubes as you like. This way, you save on buying fancy baby jars or freezing tools, and baby gets the most nutrition from the meal because you know what was put into it. I'm guessing this probably works best with pureed fruits and veggies. Let me know if you try other foods!
