Fulltime Mama
My name is Elizabeth, and I am the happy wife of ten years to Fabio and fulltime mama to four beautiful children: Joshua-9, Dominique 7, Israel- almost 5, Johann-3 and expecting a new baby in April 2012! We are currently living in Brazil as missionaries and life never ceases to be an adventure!!!
I love motherhood with a passion and am passionate about providing a place here at MamaKnowsBest where mothers can learn, grow, and share ... pooling the wisdom of many into one big jackpot for mothers.

This is a tasty, easy to make and healthy way to stave off sugar cravings. I ate this a lot at the beginning of my last pregnancy when I was trying to kick the sugar habit.
Simply warm some coconut oil in a saucepan until it is liquid. Add a few drops of stevia to sweeten it a bit. Add in whatever else you like, such as almond bits, pecan bits, unsweetened shredded coconut, etc. Pour it onto a cookie sheet and put it in the freezer. After it is solid again, break it into pieces and store in ziploc baggies in the freezer. Use it for snacking when you feel like eating something sweet!

Motherhood is certainly a fulltime job, and then some! Are mothers called to do any more than the all-important work they are already doing to raise up their children? |
